We can also prepare floors for finishes we don't install ourselves, such as polished concrete, hardwood, and other specialist surfaces. Our role is to deliver a subfloor that meets spec, so whoever comes in after us has a clean, flat, ready surface to work from. That's why builders and project managers come back to us.
