Sawford Flooring works directly with Auckland builders and developers on new build residential and commercial projects. We've built relationships with construction teams who rely on us because we show up when we say we will, communicate when anything changes, and install to the spec without needing to be managed. Stephen is personally on-site for every new build project, builders and developers need to know the right person is doing the work, not a subcontracted crew they've never met.

For new builds, we supply and install across the full range: vinyl throughout the main living areas and wet areas, carpet in bedrooms, carpet tiles in commercial tenancies. We work from the plans, quote the full scope, and coordinate with the site foreman to schedule around other trades. The goal is always the same: floor coverings in, snag-free, on handover day.
